Each month under the potent full moon women are welcomed to gather, experience ceremony, authentic connection, create and release through fire, partake in cacao, meditation and so much more. Everything shared in the circle is confidential, and all women’s stories are welcome — from celebrations to challenges. In this moon circle, authentic friendships can be made and healing work is done through rituals and thought-provoking questions for self-reflection.

I have pooled my many years of experience in clinical psychotherapy, breathwork, yoga, meditation, art therapy, self-development, and healing work to create this monthly gathering that I hope will leave you feeling nourished, calm and connected.

This is a safe, sacred, non-judgmental space where all women are welcome to come as they are, and be in a sisterhood of women that truly support them.
