A 2.5-Hour Somatic Healing Journey

Sometimes we don't need more information.

We need a space where the body can finally soften.

Stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, and the constant demands of daily life don't just affect the mind. They live in the body, often leaving us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, emotionally flat, carrying tension we can't quite explain, or simply feeling stuck.

Sacred Release is a deeply restorative somatic experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently unwind what your body has been holding.

Through breathwork, sound, intuitive bodywork, movement, and guided meditation, you'll be supported to regulate your nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and return to a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and presence.

No experience is necessary.

Just come exactly as you are.

What you'll experience

Opening Ritual

We begin with ceremonial cacao and gentle breathwork to help settle the nervous system, open the heart, and create a sense of safety and connection.

Breath, Sound & Somatic Release

Using conscious breath, live sound instruments, drumming, crystal bowls, gong, intuitive touch, aromatherapy, and guided somatic practices, we'll gradually invite the body into a state where it can soften, release, and restore.

There is no pressure to have a big emotional experience.

Everyone's journey is different.

Some people experience emotional release, others simply feel lighter, calmer, or deeply rested.

Deep Integration

We close with an immersive sound journey and guided meditation, allowing everything you've experienced to gently settle into the body before returning home feeling grounded and renewed.

This experience is gentle yet powerful, trauma-aware, and suitable for beginners as well as those with experience in breathwork or somatic practices.

You're always invited to move at your own pace, and everything throughout the evening is an invitation rather than an expectation.

Clara Marri

Somatic Therapist, Educator, and Facilitator integrating Breathwork, Bodywork, Somatic Practices, and Energy Healing.

Blending science-backed techniques with ancient wisdom, Clara is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, cultivate nervous system resilience, and navigate transformation with greater awareness and trust.

Her work is grounded in creating safe, trauma-informed spaces and raising the standard of embodied and ethical space holding.

Simon Yuen

Breathwork Educator, Sound, and Movement Facilitator

Simon specialises in helping people harness the power of breath, sound and somatic practices to regulate the nervous system, release stored trauma, and unlock deeper states of awareness and healing.

Passionate about creating safe, attuned spaces, he is devoted to raising the standard of embodied and ethical space holding through presence, self-awareness, and nervous system intelligence.
