ANYONE CAN NOW ENTER OUR DOUBLES DIVISION (NO REQUIREMENT TO HAVE AN SCF MEMBER IN THE TEAM).

We've also kept the entry level 'Ninja Division' for those that are new to HYROX and want to ‘give it a go’.
The weights and run/walk distance are scaled back to make it super accessible and inclusive.
