This month in circle we’ll be exploring the practice of Clarity. We invite you into a space of stillness, softness, and self-connection. Through grounding yoga, reflective journaling, and honest sharing, we’ll explore what clarity means, not just as something we seek, but something we make space for.

We invite you to bring this energy with you as you step into the circle and carry it into your life. To help you begin contemplating clarity, here are a few prompts to reflect on before we gather:

What insights am I seeking in my life?
In what areas of my life am I seeking insight?
When do I feel most connected to my truth?

Journal & Pen
Drink bottle
Mug (for tea)
An altar item
Layers in case it gets cool

An altar item is an object of personal significance to place on our circle altar. This item will represent your energy, witness your experience, and connect the energy of home with our circle. At the end of the gathering, you'll take it back with you, carrying the blessings of the space. This may be a photograph, letter, trinket, jewelry, crystal, book or any other object to which you feel connected.

Please take a moment to become familiar with our Agreements for Circle. By sitting in circle, we as a group acknowledge and accept the agreements which keep our space sacred and safe. We will review these in each circle.

Parking at Penang Hall is on-street only. We aim for a 7pm start so that we respect the timeframe of the circle, please aim to arrive 5 minutes early.

This circle is an invitation to slow down, to listen within, and to remember the clarity that already lives inside you.
