Join us for a fun evening surrounded by unique art pieces created by local community members, from our energetic youngsters through to our respected elders.
Our project was initiated by Augusta Playgroup to establish an intergenerational relationship across the ages in our community. Due to the impact of Covid 19 and the complexities it has created in the past 18 months, the project evolved to encompass the wider community with individuals participating by creating pieces to form part of a collaborative art collection.
Facilitated by local Karridale artist Heather Lowe-Sims and the original concept plan supported by the shire of Augusta Margaret River through their quick response grant, the Augusta River Festival has undertaken the task of bringing the art project to the wider community, culminating in our exhibition and auction.
Ticket includes exhibition, food, tea and coffee.
Adults $20, children under 16 free but will need a ticket.
Bar will be available for purchase.
