Sunshine Coast – Beer Yoga is back, baby!

Your Mates Brew House is hosting a beer yoga class and yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like.

Back by popular demand, Beer Yoga is back at Your Mates Brewhouse for 2021!

This beer yoga event is a fundraising initiative under the combined forces of Reef Check Australia and Your Mates Brewing.

The hour-long session will see punters getting bendy, with beer-drinking incorporated into each classic yoga pose. Think sun salutations and reverse warriors, interspersed with sips of your favourite ale.

Logan Sanders is a qualified yoga teacher (and seasoned beer drinker) and plant-based nutritionist based on the Sunshine Coast. She loves mumma Earth and our oceans. You'll find Logan either dancing, practicing yoga, being out in nature or playing in the ocean.Logan is getting ready to deliver a fantastic Beer Yoga experience for us all, with the session promising to get you loose, limber, and having fun — whether you're a total yoga novice, or a well-practiced pro.

This epic session will see all proceeds going to support Reef Check Australia and their reef health research.

BYO yoga mat and water bottle and you're good to go. Two cans of tasty brew are included in the bargain price of $35 (plus booking fee) for the session.
