Aura Cleansing and Restoring with Michele:

Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, energetically drained or simply stuck? Sometimes it can feel as though you have lost connection with yourself and your body, particularly when you have been navigating ongoing stress or chronic health challenges. In this mini workshop you will discover practical ways to connect with your subtle body energy, cleanse your aura and strengthen your energetic field as you take another step towards reclaiming your power, freedom and connection with yourself.

Giving you powerful tools to use straight away at home – this workshop introduces one of the foundational steps Michele uses within her intuitive healing, elevation and healing process. The intention is to help you begin exploring what may be happening beneath the surface, release energy that may no longer be serving you, and strengthen your connection with your own body and energetic field. By learning simple techniques that you can continue practicing at home, you can begin to feel more connected to yourself, more empowered in your own healing journey, and more in control of your health and future.

Clearing • Restoring • Strengthening • Reconnecting

Your aura is described within many spiritual and energy-healing traditions as the subtle energetic field that surrounds and interacts with your physical body. Within the intuitive healing framework used in this workshop, we will work with seven layers of the aura, with each layer connected to one of the seven main chakras.

Just as we can explore clearing and restoring positive energy within the chakras, we can work with the aura layer by layer. The intention is to first cleanse the aura of energy that feels heavy, depleted or no longer supportive and then restore each of the seven layers, reconnecting each layer with the positive qualities associated with its corresponding chakra.

When we have experienced prolonged stress, chronic health challenges, exhaustion, emotional overwhelm or difficult life experiences, we may describe ourselves as feeling drained, heavy, depleted, disconnected or simply "not ourselves." Aura cleansing and restoration offers a practice through which we can slow down, connect with our subtle body energy and become more intentional about what we are ready to release and what we would like to restore.

Why Put the Layers of the Aura Back In?

An important part of Michele's intuitive healing approach is that the process doesn't finish with clearing. Once the aura has been cleansed, we intentionally restore each of its seven layers. Within the framework used in this workshop, each aura layer is connected to one of the seven main chakras and therefore carries similar energetic themes and qualities. We begin with the layer associated with the Root Chakra and progressively work our way outward through each layer until reaching the layer associated with the Crown Chakra. As we restore each layer, we are not simply imagining that layer being put back. We can also intentionally reconnect with the positive qualities associated with that chakra. This creates a simple process: Clear the Aura → Restore Each Layer → Restore Positive Qualities → Strengthen Your Energetic Field.

Benefits of Aura Cleansing

Feeling Lighter

One of the intentions of aura cleansing is to release energy that feels heavy, stagnant or no longer useful. People describe feeling lighter, calmer, clearer or less energetically burdened following energy practices.

Greater Awareness of Your Own Energy

Regularly checking in with your energetic field encourages you to pause and notice how you are feeling. You may begin to recognise: “I felt quite good before that situation, but afterwards I felt completely depleted.” This awareness may help you become more conscious of how different people, environments and experiences affect you.

Reconnecting With Your Body

When you have been struggling with chronic health challenges, exhaustion or overwhelm, it can sometimes feel as though you are constantly battling your body. Energy practices offer an opportunity to approach your body with curiosity and compassion rather than frustration. Instead of asking only: “What's wrong with me?” you might also ask: “What am I noticing?”, “What might I need right now?”, “What is my body asking me to pay attention to?”

Becoming More Aware of Your Boundaries

Aura work can also be used symbolically and intentionally to reinforce the idea: “This is my space.” For people who tend to take on the emotions or needs of others, find it difficult to say no or become overwhelmed by their environment, this can complement the development of healthy interpersonal boundaries.

Creating an Intentional Self-Care Practice

The process of slowing down, breathing, focusing inward and intentionally releasing what you no longer wish to carry can become a meaningful self-care practice. It gives you permission to stop doing and simply check in with yourself.
