Box of Books

Box of Books is a bluegrass band from Philadelphia, PA. They combine modern songwriting with an old-fashioned sound. Chock-full of literary references, wistful ballads, and a dash of self-deprecating humor, Box of Books' debut album, Expectations, was released in 2018. Appearing as a duo, trio, or as a full-band, the group plays original music as well as cover sets at venues throughout the Philadelphia area. The East Falls Train Station is a short walk from the Fallser Club. Parking in East Falls is no problem! There is ample free on-street parking near the East Falls train station driveway at 3610 Midvale Ave and a paid municipal lot three blocks away at 4100 Ridge Ave. Midvale Ave and Ridge Ave are both well-lit!
