Join us for the next Contact Improvisation Jam Session as part of our Ausdance ACT Workshop Series 2023!
This in-person event will take place on Saturday 26 August at The Main Hall - Gorman Arts Centre 55 Ainslie Avenue, Braddon.
Time: 2-4pm
Holly Diggle will be our Jam Teacher/ facilitator. Holly will connect you deeply, first with yourself, then the floor, the space and finally the others in the room. Expect a practical, playful and holistic approach.
Get ready to move, groove, and connect with other dancers in the community. Our workshop series is designed to help you improve your contact improvisation skills, and our jams will give you the opportunity to put those skills into practice. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, this event is for you.
