In recognition and celebration of World Hearing Day join a free Best Of Parliament House tour including an Auslan interpreter.
Auslan is the sign language used by the majority of Australia’s hearing impaired community.
The 2024 World Hearing Day Tours aims to create accessible and inclusive options to engage with the must-see highlights of Parliament House.
The 45-minute guided experience is for visitors to gain an introduction to the building design story, the chambers, and the political process while promoting the work of the Parliament.
The tour visits both chambers; the House of Representatives and the Senate.
The tour will be led by an experienced guide and an Auslan interpreter.
Bookings are essential, tours offered are free of charge.
