Shoptalk is arguably the best retail conference in the world.

In 2026 the ANZ contingent is bigger than ever, with 50+ Australian and New Zealand retailers already confirmed.

So we’re bringing the delegation together before the main event kicks off.

If you’re attending Shoptalk from Australia or New Zealand, this is the easiest way to connect with the rest of the delegation.

The Retail Community is bringing the ANZ group together before the main event kicks off. Join us for one, two, or all of the following:

• US expansion logistics tour
• Las Vegas retail store tour (subject to interest)
• Aussies at Shoptalk WhatsApp group
• Additional meetups during the week

These are informal delegation activities organised for Australian and New Zealand retailers attending Shoptalk

🛍️ Store Tour

9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

We’ll be running a guided retail tour on Monday morning, visiting several standout stores in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas starting with Culture Kings and then onto Gentle Monster where the team has confirmed they will host our group. We will see a few others after that but exact stores are to be confirmed.

We are also working to arrange additional hosted store visits with other brands in the area. Depending on availability, some stores may provide behind-the-scenes tours or team Q&A, while others will be visited as part of the guided retail walk.

Either way, the goal is the same, to explore some of the most interesting retail concepts in Las Vegas together with fellow retail leaders.

Meeting details

• Meet 9:30am in front of the Starbucks in the Caesars Palace Food Hall
• Feel free to arrive from 9:00am if you’d like to grab a coffee beforehand
• We depart at 9:45am sharp

• If your running late you we will roughly be at Culture Kings 10-10.30 and Gentle Monster 10.45-11.15.
• We aim to finish around 12:30pm at Caesars, leaving time for lunch before the 3PL tour at 2:00pm
• Those joining the 3PL tour will will have time for lunch and will be picked up from Caesars by the 3pl tour. We are likely having lunch at Cafe Americano in Caesars

🚛 US Expansion 3PL Tour (retailers & sponsors only)

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

A practical warehouse walkthrough and discussion on what actually works when scaling into the US market.

Topics include:

• Transitioning from cross-border to local fulfilment
• Choosing the right distribution locations
• Operating across multiple states
• Avoiding the logistics mistakes that derail growth

NOTE: It is mandatory that closed shoes be worn and that no photos of video during the tour

Meeting details

• Meet 2pm in front of Cafe Americano in Caesars. (All welcome to join us for lunch at Americano at 12:30pm)
• We will organise transport to and from the 3PL
• We aim to finish and have you dropped back at Mandalay by 4:30pm

🍸 ANZ Contingent Welcome Drinks

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
The Penthouse @ W Las Vegas

Kick off Shoptalk with drinks and nibbles in a private penthouse suite overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

Drop in for a quick drink before dinner or stay longer and connect with fellow ANZ retailers and global operators.

Meeting details

• Location: The Loft Suit at W Las Vegas (formerly The Delano)
• Time: Join us from 6pm and stay for as long or short as you like
• Getting There: The W is accessible directly through the Mandalay Bay
• Access: Head to the guest elevators. An attendant will be there to swipe you up directly to the suite.

There will be plenty of food and drink. Come and join us for a drink before dinner or stay until late.
