This exclusive menu tasting has been thoughtfully designed for couples, families, bridal parties and friends to experience the magic of a wedding celebration at Austinvilla Estate while discovering the exceptional food and hospitality that Al'FreshCo and the Team at Austinvilla Estate brings to our couples.

Led by Owner and Executive Chef Alastair McLeod, Al'FreshCo is renowned for delivering elevated dining experiences that combine culinary excellence with warm, generous hospitality. Classically trained throughout Europe, Alastair honed his craft in Michelin-listed restaurants across Belfast, Italy and France before relocating to Queensland, where he became a respected chef, food ambassador and television personality, regularly appearing at events including the Good Food & Wine Show.

This special event marks the official introduction of Al'FreshCo to the Austinvilla Estate catering family, providing our couples with even greater variety and flexibility when planning their wedding day dining experience.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed into a beautifully styled estate transformed for an evening of romance, inspiration and celebration. Explore the grounds, connect with our team, enjoy drinks and canapés, and experience a chef-curated feast designed to showcase Al'FreshCo's signature style.

Event Timeline

5:00pm – Early arrivals welcome for estate exploration and venue viewing

5:30pm – Formal guest arrival + Canapé Hour commence

6:30pm – Welcome from Chef Alastair McLeod followed by feast-style dining service
