Australia becoming... Conversations with Mary Graham. Sunday, 18 May 2025
Event description
We invite you to join an important conversation with Aunty Mary Graham, Leanne Levinge, and Melinda Shine about how the world's oldest living society maintained stable social governance for thousands of generations, continually regenerating the ecosystems in which it prospered.
We delve deeply into the Aboriginal Worldview to better understand the wide gulf we have to navigate to learn our obligations as stewards, in an ecological collaboration. We'll be working from Aunty Mary's early work, the Custodial Navigator. You'll find a copy at:

The Conversations are thoughtful, patient and engaging. We start at 1:00 and you're welcome to come around 12.30 for a cuppa and introductions. We finish at 4:00,
There is a break for afternoon tea so you can meet and catch up with an interesting group of like-minded people, and we share a "potluck" of treats (you're welcome to bring some along.)
We meet at The Bris West Centre, 132 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington. There is plenty of on-street parking nearby.
We hope to see you there!
