What are you doing for Australia Day? The iconic 23rd annual Hot 100 Australia Day Ute Run is back in 2024, and we are revving up for an awesome display of utes, flags, dogs and fun-lovin’ characters as we wind our way from Hidden Valley Raceway to the awesome party spot – Noonamah Tavern & Rodeo!

Just $25 registration fee per ute, with proceeds going to Variety NT Kids Adventure Camp. A free week-long outback experience right here in the Top End for teens with mild to moderate disabilities

Get your online entry before 15 January to be in the draw for one of 10 spots in the convoy!!! Winners will be notified and issued with their very own pass to start on the grid! First utes through the gates will also start on the raceway (to be joined by sponsors vehicles and Variety Bash Cars).

'Carn, show off ya beaut ute, decorate it, dress up yourself, your dog and come along to wave to the fans along the convoy. First utes through the gate to make up the 100 will get a spot on the starting grid and enjoy green lights all the way in the police convoy out to Noonamah Tav! The first 100 will also be joined by our sponsors and Bash cars.

IT’S NOT JUST FOR UTES!

We have been able to gain permits for those who have utes or other vehicles that are not normally able to be registered. Utes, muscle cars, corporates, you name it!

Limited Edition Merchandise Pack + General Ute Admission $40. Look the part with a singlet, stubby cooler and sticker pack!

Tickets and merchandise are non-refundable but can be transferred to another Ute / person if required.

ABOUT THIS RIPPA EVENT:

The annual Australia Day Ute Run is a street parade that entertains spectators as it winds its way through Darwin, culminating in a community celebration. We encourage all to go overboard and deck out your ute, yourselves, your dogs and join in.

Funds raised will go towards Freedom Camp at Goanna Park, a camp which aims at providing teenagers with a mild to moderate disability and disadvantaged teenagers a unique experience away from their day-to-day routines in a safe and secure environment,

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at Hidden Valley Raceway and Noonamah Tavern (No BYO alcohol allowed)

Great prizes up for grabs for Best Themed Utes and Best Dressed bloke/sheila/boy/girl/dog. Dress yourself, your ute and your dog up to win! (All flags available at National Flags – 0418 835 644)

Sign up at Noony to have a crack at the THONG THROWING competition, grab some lunch and enjoy awesome live music and take a look at all the amazing utes on display!

* We encourage you all to decorate your utes in celebration but make sure your beast is fully road worthy and registered. Don’t drink and drive, make sure you arrange a Sober Bob, or take advantage of the free camping at the Noonamah Tavern.

Event Timeline:

6:00am – Hidden Valley TOP Gates Open

7:00am - Entry through Hidden Valley bottom gates - First Utes through the gate to make up the 100 spots on the grid will be in the Top 100 Police convoy out to Noonamah – Please follow the Parking Marshalls Directions

9:30am – Flag Off from Hidden Valley - Parade through the main roads of the northern suburbs, Palmerston and rural area

10:30am Arrive at Noonamah Tavern and OFFICIAL AFTER PARTY! Live music, competition winners announced, Thong Throwing comp thaks to Slappas Thongs, scrummy food, icy cold drinks and just a bloody great day out with your mates.
