Join Australia for UNHCR for this special in-person event with UNHCR’s Deputy High Commissioner, Ms Kelly T. Clements and UNHCR’s Director for Asia and the Pacific, Mr Indrika Ratwatte.

Deputy High Commissioner Clements will discuss the major challenges of 2022 and share stories from her latest trips to Ukraine and Afghanistan. You will also hear from Indrika Ratwatte, UNHCR’s Director for Asia and the Pacific, who will discuss the issues displaced people face in Afghanistan, Bangladesh and across the region.
Together, these two experts will provide rare insight into UNHCR’s work on the frontlines and how your gifts are making a difference for refugees. They will also discuss the silent emergencies that remain under-funded – and how Australians can be part of the solution.
