This event kicks off with a talk from Dr Dirk van der Kley addressing the biotech development in Australia and what is required to increase Australia’s biotech sector. The ensuing panel features distinguished speakers Dr Kylie Tattersall from the Australian Office for Gene Regulation, and Sacha Pulsford a Westpac Future Leaders Scholar and PhD student at ANU working on protein evolution, joining Dr van der Kley to discuss the intersection of national capabilities, regulatory frameworks, and the implications of international biotech advancements.
