Australian Culinary Squad Victorian Fundraising Dinner

The 3 Victorian Members of the squad Andrew Ballard - Team Captain, Chris Milligan - Youth Team & Paul Golding - Also Australia’s Bocuse d’Or Chef, have organised a fund raising dinner at Wonder Pies Many thanks to Chef Raymond Capaldi and his company for the great support. Now its your turn to support your chefs, WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT! Come help our team in their journey to compete at the Culinary Olympics in Germany Feb 2024.

In February 2024, The National Australian Culinary Squads, under the auspices of the Australian Culinary Federation (ACF), will compete against over 2,000 other chefs from around the world at the IKA/Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany. The Culinary Olympics is the oldest, largest, and most diverse international culinary arts competition in the world, setting trends and developing the future of cuisine. Australia has been competing in these Olympics since 1968 and currently ranked 7th in the World - Let's get to 1st!

We are raising $250,000 to support the Australian teams and support crew to prepare and compete in the 2024 IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany and continue for the future.

The chefs, and the ACF support crew, dedicate their time and efforts for FREE during this preparation period to represent Australia at the highest level in culinary competition. Your support allows Australia to continue developing and showcasing our world-class culinary skills, contributing to a strong hospitality industry for all of us. 

To support your chefs on their journey to compete at the Culinary Olympics in Germany in February 2024, you can:

1. Attend the Fundraising Dinner: Make plans to attend the event at Wonder Pies. Bring your friends and family along to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by the talented Victorian chefs & other interstate team members while contributing to the team's fundraising efforts.

2.Spread the Word: Share information about the fundraising dinner on social media, via email, or through word of mouth. The more people who know about the event, the more support your team members can receive.

3. Silent Auction or Raffle:  Any local businesses or individuals who would like to donate items or services for the auction or raffle. Please email the office with details
