About the event

You are warmly invited to join us for the 37th Australian National Prayer Breakfast, one of Australia's longest-running gatherings of prayer for our nation and its leaders. The Breakfast is hosted by Mr David Smith MP and Mr Henry Pike MP, Co-Chairs of the Parliamentary Christian Fellowship.

Each year, leaders from across the political spectrum, together with Australians from many faith traditions and backgrounds, gather in Parliament House as we pray for God's blessing on all who serve our country. This unique annual event provides a rare opportunity for reflection, prayer, and unity at the heart of public life.

Held in the iconic Great Hall of Australian Parliament House, the Breakfast brings together parliamentarians, business leaders, community representatives, ministry leaders, educators, and Australians who care deeply about the future of our nation.

Whether you join us in person or via a local livestream gathering, we invite you to be part of this special morning as we pray for Australia's leaders and communities.

Keynote speaker: Amy Brown

We are delighted to welcome Amy Brown as our keynote speaker.

Amy Brown is a Christian leader with extensive experience in public service. Drawing on her experience of leadership and personal challenge, Amy will explore the theme “The Way Down is the Way Up” – the counterintuitive Christian hope that God meets us in the valley, where we may be formed deeply and encounter Him most clearly.

The Breakfast will be livestreamed from Parliament House, enabling individuals, churches, schools, workplaces, ministries, and community groups across Australia and beyond to participate together.
