    Touring from Woodford Folk Festival to Tamworth Country Music Festival - indie pop folk duo Ally Row are stopping by Guyra to play some folky music for you all!

    An intimate and fun night at the beautiful Australian Poetry Hall of Fame, where we celebrate music and arts. 

    A great way to kick off the Lamb and Potato Festival 2024!

    BIO:
    Gunaikurnai/Gippsland based, Ally Row are an indie pop-folk rock duo that are breaking the barriers of genres with toe-tapping yet emotive music.
    The multi-instrumentalists perform velvety harmonies alongside driving guitar and piano, with modernised elements of banjo, harmonica and stomp box. Together, the two-piece band create a powerful synergy with heartfelt memorable originals that will get you dancing.
    For the, Mumford and Sons, The Lumineers, Sons of the East, The Civil Wars and Of Monsters and Men fans out there.... Ally Row are the next artists to follow.

    In 2022, the duo completed a booked out East Coast Tour; Battle of the Buskers Finalist at Buskers by the Lake, Buskers by the Lake Fest, Cairns Fest, Tablelands Folk Fest, Munkey Fest, opening for Blue Mountains music troubadour Jonathan Bone and Americana Folk artist Ernest Aines.

    In 2023, they won the Port Fairy Folk Festival Busking Competition, are Semi-Finalists in the Listen Up Music Songwriting Prize for their single ‘Bare feet’, opened for Americana artist Matt Joe Gow and are growing their festival portfolio; performing at Longwood Fest, Tarra Festival, East Gippsland Winter Festival, headlining Patchewollock Music Festival as well as the Wodonga North East Food and Wine Fest in October - which was part of their Northern Victoria Regional Tour.
    They have also just been announced on the lineup for one of the biggest folk festivals in Australia - Woodford Folk Festival 2023/24 as well as were Grand Finalists in the Airlie Beach Music Festival Passport to Airlie Competition 2023!Their new single ‘The King is just a clown’ is out worldwide August 17th 2023.
