Join us in Adelaide for the 2025 Australian Short Story Festival. The 2025 program features four short fiction workshops run by some of Australia's most successful short fiction writers and 20 panel discussions with your favourite South Australian storytellers, Australian short fiction masters, and the best local emerging talent. Evening events include an opening night celebration and an exclusive live edition of To Whom it May Concern: Letters of Complaint. The festival closes out the weekend with the Great Short Story Debate: Plotters vs Pants-ers. A weekend not to be missed by readers, writers and lovers of fiction.
