Book launch meets Sunday Meds.

Join me for stellar morning by gathering together to welcome my book, Authentic - Coming Home To Your True Self, into the world, mixed with the vibes of Sunday Meds. 

What does that mean exactly in plain English? 

We'll be seated together in a beautiful space filled with plants and candles. I'll be talking to sections of the book and asking how that lands for you right now in your life. People will have a moment to speak and share if they choose. You'll be guided in meditation with journalling prompts (bring your journals and pens). We'll share our insights. I'll sign books. You can buy books. We can take some pics together. Drinks and snacks will be there for your pleasure. We'll gather together. 

And I can't wait! 

It's been some six months since I've been face-to-face with my community and might I say, I've missed you. I've missed the incredibleness we create when we're in the same room and relishing in the humanity we fuel together. Now that the book is written, this event marks the beginning again of community gatherings. 

There are 100 tickets for this event. Once we're sold out, there'll be a waiting list should there be any cancellations. 

What to bring?
Bring your legendary self, a journal and pen if you wish.
If you've purchased your book already, bring it with you and I can sign it if you wish.
We'll have yummy foods from Soul Origin and fresh juices and smoothies from Liquid Infusion to fill your bellies, but feel welcome to bring in your coffees.
