Authentic Movement practice holds space for us to drop into the body, into the depths of psyche, bringing buried parts of ourselves back to the surface and into movement. Join us for 4 x 1.5 hr workshops to learn and explore this practice.

All bodies welcome- No experience of any sort necessary.
Ages 16+ please. Wear comfortable clothing that you can roll around in.

Facilitator Myla Rose has over 7 years experience in somatic embodiment practices. With a background in Contact Improvisation and Body Mind Centering, she weaves spaces for presence to return home to the body.
