Some of the key topics covered in this workshop include:

- Healthy Boundaries: Learn to stay connected to yourself. Reduce the likelihood of getting triggered.

- Embodied Listening: Develop the skill of being present and making space for your partner.

- Reflective Listening and Curiosity: Enhance your ability to make your partner feel seen and heard, and gain deeper understanding of their experience.

- Vulnerability: Convey your positive intentions and disarm your partner through authentic openness.

- Owning Your Experience: Use "I" language to express your thoughts and feelings.

- Checking In: Establish practices to stay connected with your partners.

This workshop is an excellent opportunity to experience a taste of Authentic Relating for real life contexts. It's open to everyone, whether you've already enrolled in the Fundamentals of Authentic Relating course, or are considering enrolling.

Anna Jaaniste:
With 2.5 decades of experience as a facilitator leading groups into play, discussion and creativity together, Anna has a passion for supporting people into delightful and fruitful interaction with themselves and others. Anna has been practicing Authentic Relating for 10 years and facilitating AR for 5 years. She is a practicing counsellor, somatic therapist and artist.

Forté Worthy:

Forté is an Adelaide-based Mindful Communication Educator and conscious musician who prioritises safety and authentic connection. With a background in world travel, music, and teaching psychology, he combines wisdom, humility, and humour to offer enriching and transformative experiences for self-discovery and meaningful connections.
