Authentic Relating Games are activities designed to create the opportunity for authentic connection between individuals and with a group. They are not traditional games. They are interpersonal and interactive. They invoke individual expression, vulnerable sharing, and adult play within a practice space.

Interpersonal human connection becomes more available when we engage in these practices at our own capacity, with others. A sense of belonging, camaraderie, hope and enlivenment become more available to us through engaging in Authentic Relating games.

All games are optional and customizable!

Do your best to:
- Honor yourself + honor other
- Show up fully - lean into your edge of learning or vulnerability
- Welcome everything
- Notice and share your present-moment feelings, sensations, thoughts, impulses, imaginings; notice and verify assumptions
- Own your experience - speak in a way that is inarguable
- Stay in connection, even when uncomfortable
- Treat your experience as relevant

How Much: $5 if you come to the Fair before 5pm. There may be a separate fee for AR Games as well. Stay tuned!

Who: Tate brings more freedom and connection into the world by inspiring people to be fully themselves in compassionate relationship with others - and providing an empowering environment in which this becomes possible. Tate has been facilitating Authentic Relating events and groups in the Portland, Oregon, area and online since 2013.
