Authentic Relating Practices

You may be wondering, What is Authentic Relating (AR)?

My teachers of Authentic Revolution describe AR as the practice of freely expressing your true experience in the company of others.

Authentic Relating practices create a safe, intentional space - rooted in play and supported by clear boundaries - to create meaningful and enjoyable connections to self and other. By learning Authentic Relating skills, you can drop your conditioned relational habits, and learn to relate with yourself and others from a deeper more authentic expression of your truth.

Personally, I see Authentic Relating as an approach to cultivating connection and collaboration with others through greater integrity, openness, and empathy, resulting in more mutually rewarding and genuine relationships.

What to expect:

AR is usually taught in the form of games and simple practices. All these practices are designed to allow inner curiosity, intuition and awareness to create a deeper connection and intimacy with other humans.

Every game will be optional and the idea is that you get to explore your own boundaries of how much of yourself are you ready to share.
