In our busy - often online - social worlds, the somatic, neurological & emotional aspects are sadly undermined and undervalued. These events (based on Humanistic Psychology and A.R. ‘Circling’) are organic practice in the natural capacity to know ourselves more fully and be more present with others. A supportive environment for developing intuition, empathy, & self-expression, and releasing limitations of early developmental/social conditioning.

What To Expect:

- Easygoing, unpressured, social & collaborative.

- Trauma-sensitive space, though not ‘therapy’ (and not suitable first steps in trauma-healing).

- Gentle coaching as new people learn how it works.

- Phones and electronic devices turned off and be kept out of the practice space.

- A break in the middle (and often at the end) to chill out - tea and snacks provided.

​- Private Yoga Studio space; Small group - typically about 6 people.

Spaces are limited so book early if you want to attend.
