Event Description - Bendigo Victoria

Join us for a transformative journey designed to reconnect you with your higher self and embrace profound healing. Our workshop begins with an opening circle, where you'll participate in a gentle cleansing ritual with sage, essential oils, and intention-setting cards, setting the tone for a deeply introspective experience.

Throughout the session, you’ll be guided through calming breathwork and meditation, helping you harmonise your mind and spirit. Engage in a powerful process of releasing and renewal as we guide you to connect with parts of yourself that feel stuck. Through journaling and a symbolic fire ceremony, we begin the releasing process of what no longer serves you, create healthy boundaries, and integrate new, empowering resources.

Experience the nurturing vibrations of a sound bath, clearing stagnant energy and supporting your transformational journey. Finally, journey through abstract goal evolution guided with the help of timeline therapies, where you'll connect with your future self to embed your new insights and commit to positive change. We conclude with a space for reflection, connection, and celebration, offering you the opportunity to explore ongoing support and future sessions.

This is more than a workshop; it's a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Embrace this opportunity to heal, connect, and evolve in a supportive and nurturing environment.
