Through journaling and a symbolic fire ceremony, we begin the releasing process of what no longer serves you, create healthy boundaries, and integrate new, empowering resources.

Experience the nurturing vibrations of a sound bath, clearing stagnant energy and supporting your transformational journey. Finally, journey through abstract goal evolution guided with the help of timeline therapies, where you'll connect with your future self to embed your new insights and commit to positive change. What to bring on the day:

An open heart and mind (it's ok to be nervous or apprehensive, this is where great change can occur).
Yoga mat.
Blanket and pillow.
Journal (or note book) and your favourite pen or writing implement
Light lunch/plate to share with the group
Fresh clean water to sip throughout the day

Light snacks, a selection of herbal teas (we highly recommend no caffeine on the day) and drinking water will be provided.

Meet Your Facilitators:

Sarah and Leah met over 10 years ago when they were both undertaking their certifications in Life and Business Coaching. Continuing their own personal journeys they have added many modalities to provide holistic health and wellbeing practices to 100's of clients.
Joining forces in 2024 they now offer deeply healing workshops that complement their own private practices and offerings.

What facilities are on site?
We have selected this location for its beautiful location and energy. Experience the warmth of the hall in a peaceful area and natural bush surrounds. Facilities include kitchen, toilets, free parking, outside area and amazing views with a few special trees for when you need grounding and to just soak it all in.

How many people can attend?
Be believe small intimate groups works best for this event. Our workshops generally range from 6 to 16 people.
