This School of Connection workshop will hold space to look at your relationship to yourself, how it has been built up and brought down, how you can get back in touch with the true you, and reflect on the greatest moments of authentic living from your life.

How do we get to the core of who we really are? How do we get comfortable, confident and unapologetic in being who we are? Just a couple of the topics we will be dipping into this week!
