Author Event – A Writing Journey with Maria Stefanidis

Come and join author Maria Stefanidis as she discusses her new novel The Invisible Thread and shares her journey writing historical fiction.

Maria Stefanidis is an Australian Cypriot author/journalist, Her Cypriot heritage has carved the path for her historical fiction literature. Her first novel The Sunny Side of the Street was published in 2015. A post-war-two Australian immigrant comedy/drama.

Her second novel The Invisible Thread was published in 2023. A pre-war-two classic and epic tale set in the heavily Turkish populated village of Rizokarpaso, in the north of Cyprus.
