Tue, Oct 14, 8pm - 9pm EDT

Event description

Join us for a virtual event where we will be chatting with Saarika Rao and Poonam Rahman about their book, Dot Dot Dot: A South Asian-American Guide to Mental Health, Well-being, and Cultural Empowerment. Saarika and Poonam are mental health advocates and storytellers who help bicultural South Asians to navigate identity, belonging, and self-love. Their book explores internalized cultural guilt, setting boundaries, healing from generational trauma, and separating self-worth from achievement. If you are someone who has struggled with choosing between your culture or your mental health, come listen to Saarika and Poonam on how to connect all the different parts of you and embrace your full self.

The event will take place on Tue October 14 2025 at 5pm PST. Don't miss out on this opportunity to hear from our authors!
