Dot Dot Dot… Let It All Out: A Healing Workshop for South Asian Adults
Event description
Dot Dot Dot… Let It All Out is an interactive workshop designed for South Asian adults to explore and express the feelings, struggles, and stories often left unsaid. Through guided exercises, open dialogue, and group reflection, this workshop creates a safe and nurturing space for participants to acknowledge their emotions, honor their stories, and cultivate resilience. Together, we’ll unpack themes of identity, belonging, and belonging to ourselves, allowing space for collective understanding and personal growth.
