Author talk: Caroline Laurent

You are warmly invited to meet author Caroline Laurent at Tūranga this Thursday.

Caroline Laurent's new work is a brilliantly narrated story of the Chagos archipelago gaining independence from Britain.  Her novel is Rivage de la Colère translated into English under the title An Impossible Return. 

The author will talk about her work in general, based on the novel, but also take a dive into the contemporary French literary world, which she explores in her role as editor.

Caroline returns to Aotearoa to take up a residency at Randell Cottage.
