You don’t have to be good at art for art to be good for you. This is the message of social worker Caitlin Marshall and educator Lizzie Rose who have spent years finding creative ways for people to improve their mental health.
Take an evening to explore the role of joy, creativity and delight in sustaining mental wellbeing and social connections. MakeShift co-founders and authors of Creative First Aid: The Science + Joy of Creativity for Mental Health, Caitlin Marshall and Lizzie Rose, in conversation with Louise Walsh will share more about their book and how we can apply creative first aid to our daily life.
