Description

n this intimate interview‑style event, author and counsellor Niki Bonfield and Vee Abarzua discusses her two memoirs exploring late‑diagnosed autism: Fragmented Yet Whole: Embracing Neurodivergence, Healing and Self‑Discovery and her new release Becoming Me Neurodivergently: A Memoir of Unmasking, Belonging and Becoming.

Through personal storytelling and therapeutic insight, she reflects on the journey of discovering neurodivergence in adulthood, the impact of trauma, the process of unmasking, and the complexities of parenting while neurodivergent. The conversation will explore identity, belonging, healing, and what it means to rebuild a life with clarity and compassion after years of misunderstanding oneself.

This event offers validation, connection, and a gentle space for anyone curious about neurodivergence - whether personally, professionally, or through someone they love.
