About the book
Embark on a culinary and cultural journey in La Mia Passeggiatta, where the flavours of Italy are intertwined with tales of family, tradition, and the land. The book invites you to stroll through the verdant fields of Italy, from the bustling markets of the South to the Alpine meadows of the North, discovering the deep roots of Italian cooking that have been seasoned over generations.
With each chapter, indulge in rich stories that blend the aroma of aged cheeses, the tang of freshly picked olives, and the zest of vine-ripened tomatoes. Rocky’s narrative weaves a connection to the past that is as authentic as the recipes themselves, offering a taste of Italy that goes beyond the plate, reaching into the heart of what it means to inherit and transform family legacies.
