Author Talk - Sandhya Parappukkaran

Join us for a very special evening with children's author Sandhya Parappukkaran and celebrate all things food! The evening will kick off with Sandhya reading her book, Stay for Dinner, an exuberant, captivating celebration of family and friends and the fabulous feasts between them. Scrumptious cuisines spill over the pages with Michelle Pereira’s delightful illustrations showing families playing sports with friends after school, staying back late and gathering around dinner tables laden with various cuisines and culinary rituals. 

Crafts and activities will follow the book reading, including a game of food snap and 'create a plate' activity. This event will be catered so come along for tasty treats!

This event is held in conjunction with the State Library of NSW and the Copyright Agency Cultural Fund.
