    Join us for a fun conversation with two beloved authors: Peter H. Reynolds (The North StarIshThe Dot) and Jeff Kinney (Diary of a Wimpy Kid book series). Hear from Peter and Jeff about their process, inspirations, and more! Attendees are encouraged to submit questions for the authors when registering. The conversation will be moderated by Renana Kehoe of Mother Brook Arts & Community Center and books will be available for purchase at the event. There will also be an opportunity to meet the authors and get your book signed after the talk (one book per author).

    $15 per person. All proceeds support Mother Brook Arts & Community Center's programming, operations, classes, and community offerings. The organization is a nonprofit and relies on the generosity of our members, friends, and supporters like you.     Peter H. Reynolds is a New York Times bestselling author and illustrator of many books for children, including Happy DreamerThe Word CollectorSay Something!Be You!, and Our Table. He is also the illustrator of When Things Aren't Going Right, Go Left by Marc Colagiovanni. His books have been translated into over 25 languages around the globe and are celebrated worldwide. In 1996, he founded FableVision with his brother, Paul, as a social change agency to help create "stories that matter, stories that move." He lives in Dedham, Massachusetts, with his family.

    Jeff Kinney is a #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series and the Awesome Friendly Kid series. He is a six–time Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award winner for Favorite Book and has been named one of Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. He spent his childhood in the Washington, DC, area and moved to New England, where he and his wife own a bookstore named An Unlikely Story.
