Goodwood Racecourse requires all attendees to complete a Goodwood Booking Form before the Ticket Office can issue your admission tickets.

Email your completed form directly to the Goodwood Ticket Office at: ticket.office@goodwood.com

Your admission tickets cannot be issued until Goodwood has received your completed booking form, so please complete and return this as soon as possible after booking.

Complimentary Ticket Allocation

Please note that Autism in Racing is able to provide a maximum of two complimentary adult admission tickets per family/household, as agreed with Goodwood Racecourse.

If you require additional adult tickets, these will need to be purchased directly from Goodwood Racecourse.

Any additional family members attending on separately purchased tickets are still very welcome to use the Autism in Racing quiet and sensory spaces with you throughout the day.

Your place with Autism in Racing is confirmed and secured; completion of the Goodwood form is an additional requirement for the racecourse to create your account and issue your admission tickets.

Your Tickets & Event Information

Once Goodwood's Ticket Office has received your completed booking form, they will arrange your admission tickets.

Your full Autism in Racing information for the day — including timings and any further information you may need — will be sent approximately one week prior to the event.

Please keep an eye on your emails, including your junk/spam folder, for any ticket communication from Goodwood.

Arriving at Goodwood

Autism in Racing guests should park in Car Park 8 and head to Racecourse Reception, where you will be given a wristband for access to the Autism in Racing box.

This year, the AIR box is located just upstairs from Racecourse Reception, which is as you arrive through the gate. The box is located within the Gordon Enclosure.

Goodwood staff will be close by should you have any questions or need help finding the space.

There will also be signage featuring the Autism in Racing logo just inside the entrance to help you find your way.

What to Expect on the Day

This event has been designed to support autistic people and their families, carers and supporters. You can expect:

A calm and understanding environment
Trained staff and volunteers
Designated quiet and sensory spaces
Freedom to move around and take breaks as needed
No judgement — comfort always comes first

There is no requirement to stay for the whole day. You are welcome to enjoy the event at your own pace.

Accessibility & Sensory Information

Horse racing can involve unpredictable sounds and movement, including crowd noise and announcements. Ear defenders, headphones, comfort items and sensory tools are very welcome.

The racecourse is wheelchair accessible, accessible toilets are available, and assistance dogs are welcome.

If You Can No Longer Attend

If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Places for this event are limited, and letting us know early allows us to offer tickets to other autistic individuals and families who may benefit from attending.
