Parents and carers of people living with Autism spectrum disorders can face tremendous challenges in raising, supporting and advocating for the needs and rights of their children on the autism spectrum, yet there are few support networks dedicated to meeting the all too frequently neglected needs of parents - Where is your tribe, to who can you share your struggles and and strategies, have a cuppa let your hair down and just share your story and experience in a safe, accepting environment?

Parents and carers can face many of the same challenges as the people they support, social isolation, stress, mental health troubles, problems sleeping, and a loss of connection from their culture, peers and communities.

They are chronically underfunded, under supported, and underserviced, and we at TITA - The international therapeutic alliance and Spectrumite neurodiversity experts aim to change this.

We welcome you to join us, to share your story, and to meet with others to share theirs.
