Autistic & ADHD LGBTQIA+ Social Group (25+)
Description
We know that making friends as Autistic & ADHD adults can be hard, and there are often a lot less opportunities for us to do so.
This is a space that's been created for us, by us, to provide an affirming environment to support meaningful social connection. We also recognise that socialising looks different for everyone, so this is a low-demand space - you are welcome to show up as you are.
Whether you would like to get stuck into some art activities, crack out a card or board game, play a round of pool or people watch - it's up to you!
The group is facilitated by Tara (they/them), a queer, non-binary AuDHD Accredited Social Worker, and LGBTQIA+ neurodivergent Peer/Lived Experience Workers.
