Event description

Do you find yourself with tonnes of software at your fingertips but unsure how to use it all?  Or perhaps, it becomes so overwhelming that you get frustrated and walk away? If that is you, then this workshop is for you.

In this workshop you will:

  1. Streamline marketing processes with automation tools - identify the benefits of automating repetitive marketing tasks such as email campaigns, social media posting, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation. We explore popular marketing automation platforms and how they can help small businesses save time, improve efficiency and scale your marketing efforts.

  2. Personalise customer interactions with automated workflows - identify how automation software enables personalised customer interactions at scale.  This covers the use of automated workflows to deliver targeted messaging, dynamic content, and tailored experiences based on customer behaviour, preferences, and lifecycle stage, ultimately driving engagement and conversions.

  3. Integrate marketing automation with sales and CRM systems - identify the importance of integrating marketing automation software with sales and CRM systems.  Consider how seamless data synchronisation between marketing, sales, and customer service teams enables better lead management, pipeline visibility, and closed-loop reporting, ultimately driving higher marketing ROI and business growth.

By implementing these key points and leveraging software effectively, small businesses can streamline their marketing processes, deliver personalised experiences, gain valuable insights, and ultimately maximise profitability and growth.

We encourage potential participants to review eligibility requirements before registering. Eligibility requirements include:

  • businesses with under 20 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees

  • be a Queensland, Northern Territory or Western Australia-based business

  • hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN)
