Savour Supper Club: Autumn Equinox Edition

September 22nd is the turning of the seasons, known as the Autumn Equinox, Mabon, and by other names to others. I love to honor the changing of the seasons through eating seasonally, gathering with others, and deep reflection.

This evening, we will gather in the beautiful Bancroft Commuity Garden, which gives us a glimpse or mirror to the changes we may be experiencing this time of year. It helps set the stage for us as we can admire the present, hope for the future, and let go and flow as nature does, with ease.

The menu is lovingly plant-based (vegan), highlighting the rich seasonality of Bay Area produce mostly sourced at the local farmer's markets and from other local purveyors. The meal is meant to bring you on a journey of the senses, seasons, memories, and feelings, inviting you to experience the seasonal threshold we are passing through.
