Join in a restorative, healing weekend yoga retreat with the gifted Harriet Sciberras from Byron Bay leading the group through yoga stretches, breath work, meditation, mindful thinking, walking and being. Yoga includes yin and yang yoga, yoga nidra, walks through the stunning bush at Kawalang, a tour of the gardens where food is grown organically, time to rest, relax, read a book or just be!

All meals include food grown organically at Kawalang, in the Lower Hunter Valley, 1.5 hours from Sydney and Newcastle.
