After the successful launch to the Spinal Energetics HQ Autumn Acoustics, with the amazing Taylor Piggot, we’re thrilled to continue our journey and announce Jas Winter as the featured artist for April. Autumn is the season of reflection, release, and renewal. As nature sheds its leaves, we too have the opportunity to let go, recalibrate, and make space for what’s next. Autumn Acoustics is a Spinal Energetics experience that combines the power of acoustic sound with deep energetic release in a way never done before.

The sessions centre around a different live acoustic musician, surrounded by golden autumn leaves, creating a rich and intimate landscape. Up to 25 participants will lie on mats, allowing the frequencies of live music and the depth of Spinal Energetics to work together - creating profound shifts that suit the season of Autumn. Your three Spinal Energetics HQ practitioners for April are Kirsty Saunders, Heidi Maree & Pat Chirico, who each bring their own unique touch to this special series of intimate group events.

The Stillness

Theme: Embracing the pause - the quiet between what was and what’s to come.
Atmosphere: Soft, meditative, and deeply introspective. Jas Winter will use gentle fingerpicking and airy vocals to create music that invites contemplation.
Experience: This session will focus on micro movements, fine-tuning energy flow, and deep nervous system regulation. Participants will again circle the musician to continue creating a communal experience.

Pregnancy: Spinal Energetics is not recommended during the first trimester.

Mental Health & Medications: If you are currently managing severe PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or are taking multiple medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (such as antipsychotics).

Medical Conditions: This event may not be suitable for those with -

Recent physical injuries, fractures, or surgeries

Cardiovascular concerns, including heart disease or other heart conditions

Severe asthma

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.

Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.
