Autumn is the season of reflection, release, and renewal. As nature sheds its leaves, we too have the opportunity to let go, recalibrate, and make space for what’s next. Autumn Acoustics is a Spinal Energetics experience that combines the power of acoustic sound with deep energetic release in a way never done before.

The sessions centre around a different live acoustic musician, surrounded by golden autumn leaves, creating a rich and intimate landscape. Up to 25 participants will lie on mats, allowing the frequencies of live music and the depth of Spinal Energetics to work together - creating profound shifts that suit the season of Autumn. Your three Spinal Energetics HQ practitioners for May are Kirsty Saunders, Jesse Akkerman & Kristina Miseva, who each bring their own unique touch to this special series of intimate group events.

The Renewal

Theme: Rebirth - stepping into a new energetic state as we prepare for the next cycle.
Atmosphere: Vibrant, elevating, and empowering. The musician will build energy, using upbeat acoustic rhythms to create an immersive experience.
Experience: Participants will now be positioned in a semi-circle layout around the musicians, and for part of the session, some may be invited to sit up and receive, rather than just lie down. This event will focus on activating and integrating energy for what’s ahead.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.

Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.
