Please join Bec to honour the Autumn Equinox & New Moon with a Cacao & Breathwork Journey.
An opportunity to return inward, to pause, recalibrate, reconnect our energy, manifest and set our intentions.
We prepare for the descent into the darkness, the nights grow longer, the days become shorter, the air becomes a little chillier and we watch as nature starts to change from bright lush greens to more earthy yellow and oranges.
On this Aries New Moon we are being asked to stay aware of our purpose and to take action towards making our goals and dreams come true.
Aries is also asking us to channel our Inner Child, to find the spark you were born with and to remember the spark within us.
