Heart-opening Cacao:

Ceremonial-grade cacao offers both physical and spiritual benefits. Physically, it boosts energy, enhances focus, promotes joy and gratitude, and alleviates stress and anxiety. Spiritually, cacao is a sacred tool used in indigenous rituals to deepen inner connection, open the heart, and feel more deeply.

How to Prepare:

Eat a light, nourishing meal about two hours before the ceremony. Avoid heavy or stimulant-rich foods and coffee.
Stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water.
Wear comfortable clothing for sitting or lying down during the ceremony.
Enter the ceremony with an open mind and heart, letting go of expectations to fully embrace the experience.
