Event description

Embark on a magical personal journey within a safe space. This event reflects on the themes of Autumn Equinox, Letting Go and the alignment of Chakras. This is accompanied by movement, sound, self-massage and meditation.

We gather together, and you will be introduced to your evening hosts;

We will move and release, clear and cleanse – accompanied by drumming
We will embody the elements with more movement and music.
Then we gather on floor with your yoga mat, pillow and blanket. You will be led in a self-massage experience.

Next, we still the body and the mind with a guided intuitive meditation accompanied by a sound bath.

The final minutes of the experience will give you the opportunity to come back into the here and now by sharing a single word that reflects your journey.


Jess is a Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist. She practices at Saltwater House and also has a stall at the Kongwak Market. Zenthai Shiatsu is a nurturing

movement based therapy offering deep relaxation with a reputation of effectively dealing with issues of the musculo-skeletal, digestive and nervous system. It draws on the Traditional Energetic based systems of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and the remediation techniques of Osteopathy.

Kerryn - Holistic Essentials Therapy and Consulting - As a certified Meditation Teacher, Self Discovery Master Coach, Hypnosis practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Theta healer and Psychic Medium and Thrive Factor Coach & Profiler, she’s a wealth of wisdom and inspiration, with an ability to hold space for genuine transformation.

Ashleigh - Aligned by Nature Ashleigh is a SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapy Practitioner, an Equine Interactive Experiences Practitioner, and Medical Radiographer.

Samantha -Balanced Wellbeing & Training - Samantha is an experienced holistic practitioner who taps into your highest wisdom to help you get the results you want.
