This Autumn Equinox Forest Bathing Immersion is a deep dive to awaken your senses to the world around you. It is a vital step to allow you to connect and commune, to listen to the voice of nature in a clarified way. It is the foundation of connecting with nature and you will gain depth even if you already spend a lot of time in nature.

We will move slowly, smell, touch, taste and feel the sensual world around us. We will end with a tea ceremony of edible plants gathered on our journey.

Autumn Equinox is a time when the plants and animals are preparing for winter, it is a time of changing weather and the awareness that the darker days of winter are beckoning. We will journey through the bush tracks in the Auckland Domain where there are many deciduous trees among the natives who will be starting to lose their leaves, forming a carpet for us to walk upon. You will be gently led with a series of invitations referencing this change in season.
