This immersive candlelit experience begins with a grounding reformer pilates class guided by Solana Tadeo, designed to awaken strength, balance, and mindful connection within the body. As your physical practice softens into rest, you’ll be invited into a sound journey facilitated by Darren Obong, featuring harmonic tones from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to calm the nervous system and restore energetic harmony.

This experience invites you to slow down, reset, and return to your body through mindful movement and the healing power of sound.

Darren Obong L. Ac

Darren is an acupuncturist, breathwork facilitator, sound practitioner, somatic practitioner, and embodiment teacher whose work bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine with somatic and mind-body practices. With extensive training in Eastern medicine, energy medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, functional movement, and mobility, Darren brings an integrative approach to supporting the body, mind, and nervous system. Drawing from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine and years of experience facilitating embodied practices, his work invites individuals to reconnect with themselves, cultivate greater awareness, and move through life with a deeper sense of presence and well-being.

Solana Tadeo

Solana is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a passion for helping others become both mentally and physically stronger. Her journey into teaching Pilates began through her own transformative practice, where she discovered the powerful connection between body and mind. Motivated by a love for guiding others, Solana is committed to creating a supportive and encouraging environment for her clients. She believes that Pilates is more than just a workout—it’s a way to nurture the body, calm the mind, and build lasting strength. Solana’s approach is rooted in care, ensuring every session is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
